Dodo Go Social Media Contest Rules

1. Eligibility:
   
   • The contest is open to all participants who follow Dodo Go on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
   • Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
2. How to Enter:‍
   • Follow Dodo Go on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
   • Tag three friends who are also following Dodo Go on the respective platform in the comments of any of the contest posts.
   • Share the contest post on your story and tag Dodo Go on the respective platform.
3. Contest Period:‍
   • The contest starts on July 15 and duration is for 4 weeks.
   • Dates may be changed at the discretion of the organizer.
   • Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
4. Winner Selection:‍
   • A winner will be announced each Monday based on the number of rides completed using the Dodo Go app during the previous week.
   • All rides will be checked for fraud.
   • In case of a draw, the participant who completed the rides first will be the winner.
   • Weekly winners will be announced on Dodo Go's Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok pages.
5. Prize:‍
   • Each weekly winner will receive an iPad Pro M4 2024.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   • The organizer reserves the right to change the prize at their discretion.
6. Consent for Publication:‍
   • By entering the contest, participants agree to allow Dodo Go to publish their photos and videos on Dodo Go's social media platforms if they are selected as the winner.
   • The winner must provide consent in writing before receiving the prize.
   • If the winner does not provide consent, they will be automatically disqualified, and the prize will be awarded to another participant.
7. Notification:‍
   • The winner will be notified via direct message on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be selected.
8. General Conditions:‍
   • Dodo Go reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the rules.
   • Dodo Go reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the contest if it cannot be conducted as planned.
   • The organizer reserves the right to change the prize at their discretion.
9. Privacy:‍
   • Participants' personal information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest.
   • Dodo Go will not share participants' personal information with third parties without consent.
